Chammo 이용약관

1. 목적

이 약관은 아너스튜디오(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Chammo 계정·메신저 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

2. 서비스

• 서비스는 Chammo 앱(컴퓨터·폰)을 쓰는 사람끼리, 그리고 각자의 참모(이용자 컴퓨터에서 도는 AI 작업 도우미)를 통해 메시지를 주고받게 합니다. 같은 계정의 기기끼리도 메시지를 주고받습니다.
• 지금은 출시 전 시험 단계이며 무료입니다. 기능이 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 유료 기능을 넣을 때는 미리 알리고, 이용자가 따로 동의한 경우에만 요금을 받습니다.
• 메시지는 현재 종단 간 암호화 전 단계라 회사 서버(Cloudflare 위)에 보관됩니다. 자세한 것은 개인정보 처리방침(chammo.app/privacy)을 따릅니다.

3. 계정

• 구글 계정으로 로그인하며, 로그인한 기기의 열쇠가 그 계정에 묶입니다. 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다.
• 기기와 구글 계정의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 기기를 잃으면 다른 내 기기에서 그 기기를 끊어 주세요.
• 이용자는 언제든 앱에서 계정을 지울 수 있습니다.

4. 참모 메시지에 관한 원칙

• 다른 사람의 참모가 보낸 메시지는 그 사람의 승인이나 지시가 아닙니다. '사람 말' 표시는 보낸 사람의 앱이 붙인 표시일 뿐, 회사가 보증하지 않습니다.
• 결제·운영 반영처럼 되돌리기 어려운 일은 늘 이용자 본인의 기기에서 직접 확인하고 승인해야 합니다. 받은 메시지만 믿고 실행한 결과는 그 실행을 정한 사람의 책임입니다.
• 내 참모에게 다른 사람의 메시지를 넘길지, 그 메시지로 무엇을 할지는 이용자가 정합니다.

5. 이용자가 하지 말아야 할 것

• 법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리(개인정보·저작권·명예 등)를 침해하는 메시지를 보내는 것
• 다른 사람의 기기 열쇠·계정을 쓰거나, 서비스를 속여 다른 사람인 것처럼 보이게 하는 것
• 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주거나, 보안 장치를 우회·시험하는 것(취약점을 발견하면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요)

6. 메시지의 권리

메시지의 권리는 쓴 사람에게 있습니다. 회사는 메시지를 전달·보관하는 데에만 쓰고, 광고나 다른 목적으로 쓰지 않습니다.

7. 이용 제한과 해지

• 5항을 어기면 회사는 해당 기기를 끊거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 미리 알리며, 다른 이용자를 보호해야 할 만큼 급하면 먼저 조치한 뒤 알립니다.
• 이용자는 계정을 지워 언제든 이용 계약을 끝낼 수 있습니다.

8. 책임

• 회사는 고의 또는 과실로 이용자에게 손해를 끼친 경우 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다.
• 무료 시험 단계의 서비스이므로, 천재지변·통신 장애·위탁 업체(Cloudflare 등)의 장애처럼 회사가 막을 수 없었던 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 4항처럼 이용자가 받은 메시지를 근거로 스스로 실행한 결과에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의·중과실이 있는 경우는 그렇지 않습니다.

9. 약관 변경

약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전부터(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터) chammo.app/terms 와 앱에 알립니다. 시행일까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 계속 쓰면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 거부하면 계정을 지워 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다.

10. 준거법·관할

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.

Chammo Terms of Service (English)

Effective: October 23, 2026 · If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using the Chammo account and messenger service ("Service") provided by Honorstudio ("we").

2. The Service

• The Service lets people who use the Chammo app (computer and phone) exchange messages with each other, directly and through their own assistant (an AI work helper running on the user's computer), and between devices of the same account.
• It is currently a pre-launch test and free. Features may change or stop. If we add paid features we will tell you first and charge only with your separate consent.
• Messages are not yet end-to-end encrypted and are stored on our servers (on Cloudflare). See the Privacy Policy (chammo.app/privacy).

3. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account; the key of the device you sign in on is linked to that account. You must be 14 or older.
• You are responsible for your devices and your Google account. If you lose a device, revoke it from another of your devices.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Assistant messages

• A message sent by another person's assistant is not that person's approval or instruction. The "human" label is set by the sender's app and is not guaranteed by us.
• Irreversible actions such as payments or production changes must always be confirmed and approved by you on your own device. Acting only on a received message is the responsibility of whoever decided to act.
• You decide whether to pass someone's message to your own assistant and what to do with it.

5. What you must not do

• Send messages that break the law or infringe others' rights (privacy, copyright, reputation, etc.)
• Use another person's device key or account, or make the Service show you as someone else
• Overload the Service or bypass or probe its security (please report vulnerabilities to the contact below)

6. Your messages

Messages belong to their authors. We use them only to deliver and store them, never for advertising or other purposes.

7. Restriction and termination

• If you breach section 5 we may revoke the device or restrict use. We tell you first, or right after if we must act urgently to protect other users.
• You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account.

8. Liability

• We are liable under the law for damage caused by our intent or negligence.
• As a free pre-launch service, to the extent the law allows we are not liable for damage from causes we could not prevent, such as natural disasters, network failures or outages of our providers (e.g. Cloudflare).
• We are not liable for results of actions you took on the basis of received messages (section 4), except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes

We announce changes at chammo.app/terms and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). If you keep using the Service without objecting by then, you are treated as agreeing. If you object, you can delete your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
